After analyzing the data of adaptors, we used methods such as replacing materials, improving product structure, and optimizing the three-dimensional sense of logo to improve product performance.
Denza is the first automobile brand launched by BYD Auto Industry after cooperation with Germany's Daimler Benz. All exterior parts adopt the technical standards of Mercedes-Benz high-end models, and have extremely high requirements for product color difference, assembly gap, and stability of multiple assembly and disassembly.

FAW Car issued development instructions - product data establishment and coordination - test plan formulation - mold preparation and tooling verification - FAW Car laboratory reinspection - production license release - product mass production. Multi-material composite, multi-system coordination and multi-department involvement are effective measures to overcome the "fuzzy" instructions, which can effectively ensure the completion of the project on schedule. After mass production, the product effect won the favor of the project leader, and helped the parade vehicle to complete the task in the National Day parade in 2008.
